Do you Offer Refunds?
Due to the fact that all goods are Digital in nature we cannot offer refunds of any kind.
Can I Top-Up/Renew my Current Plan?
All ISP products are 30 Day automated renewal by nature. If you with to discontinue it's renewal, please make sure to toggle that off from your dashboard.
Can my IPs be recovered if my Plan has expired?
Due to the nature of our Automated system, if you plan expires, your IPs can no longer be recovered.
